APEX FORCED LUBRICATION SYSTEM WITH AIR COOLED OIL COOLER

No mixing of water with fluid (When leakage starts in shell & tube type heat exchanger water mixes with oil of hydraulic system resulting in further damage to the system.)

No water is required as cooling media is free air.

No water treatment plants, cooling towers and water treatment chemicals.

No fear of fluid contamination, as fluid is in closed circuit thus not exposed to atmosphere

No scaling in side tubes thus no cleaning of tubes, no shut down.

If there is no cooler in a system, the thermal energy absorbed by the oil is higher than the energy that can be removed by convection and radiation. This leads to a overheating of the oil which can result in shorten oil life, leakage, premature wear, seal hardening, etc.

PETROLEUM METERING UNIT

Our manufactured positive displacement petroleum  metering unit employs calibrated three pistons that embody no by-pass, thus accurately measuring and recording every drop of lubricating oils, fuel oils, edible oils and liquid chemicals. East-Man does not freeze or become air-locked and requires no special attention. The unit has dimensional accuracy, rigid CL body, low noise, and is indigenously built. Its features are:
